Food is such a big part of my anti-aging routine. Creams are great and all, but good food and water is the most important part for me. Thanks for breaking down some great foods for skin.

Such a great list!! I wish I had spent more of my lifetime focused on my skin. But I didn’t start caring about it until I was probably 23 or so (I’m now 26). Better late than never, but taking care of your skin is so important!

We always try to include as many fruits and veggies in our diets as possible and I can see the difference it makes to our skins when we slip up. Especially now that I’m getting older.

This is really great info. I definitely think the food we eat is tied to our skin (though my acne is largely hormonal). Water is also a big help with skin.

I’ve been really trying to up my fruit intake recently, I am terrible for neglecting them even though I could feast on veggies. I am deff going to bulk up on oranges and the other mentioned fruits you’ve listed!

This is so true! Our body reacts to everything we eat, I am a strong believer that a healthy diet makes us beautiful and your article confirmes that. I, however, learnt that If you have acne because of yeast infection (cutaneous candidiasis) oranges and other fruits will give you new pimples because it activates the yeast infection. But of course, this doesn’t apply to everyone.
