    Whats great about this compiled list is that the foods selected all have so many other beneficial points as well. So not only are you able to slow the aging process but you can keep your body healthy as well.

    I heard about green tea that is a strong anti oxidants which help fight aging. Japanese people drink so many green tea daily and the life span of Japanese people are quite amazing. You can easily spot so many old people who lives above 100 years old in Japan.

    Yes to the turmeric it’s favulous for sure. I need to eat more greens for sure it’s a power food. Also water is great for helping the skin, I don’t drink it often but it does wonders!!

    what a n awesome article, I had no idea of this information! I eat a balanced diet, but I’m allergic to nuts and many raw fruits, but not berries! I have also started incorporating turmeric in my diet, but not knowing it also has this effect, that’s cool to know!
